Crock Pot Chili

This Crock Pot Chili will sure warm you up! Especially if you like it spicy!! Here is a easy Crock Pot Chili meal for you to make for the family. I love Crock Pot Meals they are so simple to make and they don’t take any time. Serve this with some cornbread and your meal is complete! I have made this up before we go camping and its simple and easy! It’s perfect when were camping during the off season!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ pork sausage
  • 2 cans pinto beans, drained
  • 2 cans dark kidney beans
  • 2 cans light kidney beans
  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes with juices
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • sour cream (final topping)
  • shredded cheese (final topping)
  • 1 cup V8 juice
  • red hot sauce (if you choose)
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in a pan over medium high.
  2. In large crock pot, combine the beef plus all remaining ingredients.
  3. Add spices and stir.
  4. Stir to combine and cover.
  5. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve with topping such as sour cream and shredded cheese
